Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. We make every effort to ensure that the products offered meet the highest quality standards. However, if the received goods have a defect or fault - you can exercise your right to complain.

How to file a complaint?

  1. Contact us:

  2. In the message, provide:

    • first and last name,

    • order number,

    • description of the defect or problem,

    • photos or a short video showing the defect (this speeds up the complaint process).

  3. Pack the product along with proof of purchase.
    If possible - include a short description of the problem or a printout of the complaint form.

  4. Send the package to the complaint address:

Resolution time

We process complaints without undue delay - within a maximum of 14 days, but most often it takes much less time.

After a positive review of the complaint, we offer:
