I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, payment methods, delivery methods, withdrawal from the contract, and complaint procedures.

The regulations apply to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs making purchases through the store.

II. DEFINITIONS

Seller – Jakub Kamil Kogut.

Store – the website available at https://tick-co.com.pl/

Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit placing an order in the Store.

Consumer – a natural person making a purchase for a purpose not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Product – watches and accessories available in the Store's offer.

Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

IV. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All Products are new and consistent with the description presented on the website.

Prices quoted on the website are gross prices and include applicable taxes.

Prices do not include delivery costs, which are provided when placing the order.

V. PLACING AND FULFILLING ORDERS

Orders can be placed via the Store's website 24/7.

A condition for placing an order is providing true personal and contact details.

After placing an order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order.

The sales contract is concluded when the order is confirmed by the Seller.

VI. PAYMENTS

The Store offers the following payment methods:

BLIK

PayU

Shopify Payments (if active)

Traditional bank transfer (optional – will be added if necessary)

Payment must be made at the time of placing the order, unless the Store indicates otherwise.

VII. DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out in Poland and – if such an option is provided – in other EU countries.

The Store uses the services of:

InPost (Paczkomaty, Courier),

DPD.

Delivery cost is provided during the order placement process.

Order fulfillment time is usually 1-5 business days, unless the Product description indicates otherwise.

VIII. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement must be sent to the e-mail address: Tick-Co@protonmail.com

The Product should be returned no later than 14 days from the date of informing about the withdrawal.

The Customer bears the costs of returning the goods.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the Product or confirmation of its return.

IX. COMPLAINTS

The Seller is responsible for the non-conformity of the goods with the contract on the terms specified in legal provisions.

The complaint should include:

• name and surname,
• order number,
• description of the defect,
• photos (if possible).

The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

X. PERSONAL DATA

The data administrator is Jakub Kamil Kogut.

Data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, managing accounts, and handling complaints.

XI. FINAL PROVISIONS

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish and EU law shall apply.

The Seller reserves the right to amend the Regulations. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

Using the Store means accepting these regulations.
